As of 3 March 2025, the National Bank of Romania will put into circulation, for numismatic purposes, a gold coin to mark 375 years since the birth of Saint Hierarch Antim Ivireanul.

Obverse: a door detail at the entrance to the church of Antim Monastery, the inscription “ROMANIA” in an arc, the coat of arms of Romania, the year of issue “2025” and the face value “100 LEI”.
Reverse: the portrait of Saint Hierarch Antim Ivireanul and the inscription “375 DE ANI DE LA NASTEREA SFANTULUI IERARH ANTIM IVIREANUL”.
The gold coins to mark 375 years since the birth of Saint Hierarch Antim Ivireanul are housed in transparent plastic capsules and are accompanied by booklets featuring a presentation of the numismatic issue and certificates of authenticity in Romanian, English and French. The certificates of authenticity bear the signatures of the Governor and the Chief Cashier of the National Bank of Romania.
The gold coins to mark 375 years since the birth of Saint Hierarch Antim Ivireanul are legal tender on the territory of Romania.
The maximum mintage is 1,000 gold coins.
The selling price for the gold coin, including the booklet and the certificate of authenticity, is lei 4,400.00, VAT excluded.
The coins are put into circulation, for numismatic purposes, through the regional branches of the National Bank of Romania in Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Constanța, Craiova, Iași and Timișoara.
